DO NOT USE: The Attorney General is investigating this "outfit!"
I cancelled my order with one of the various aliases of this company. My bank card got charged twice this month without authorization. When I called customer service after a month of waiting to be credit for a previous charge, he told me to call back in 5 days, that he was sure my refund was being processed, however, he had no way to confirm this information. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said there were NO supervisors that worked there, he could not give me the owners name, and he could not give me an address for the owner so I could send correspondence to resolve this matter. After doing some investigation on my own, I found out from the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce that this company is being investigated by the Attorney General. This company goes by various names: SFL, SNL, Total Cleanse, Cleansebodystory, Purbodycleanse, cleanshop. I was informed that several of their sites have been shut down. I had to cancel my bank card so SFL can not continue to submit unauthorized charges to my bank account. I had to sign an affidavit with my bank to pursue my refund.
