I was auto shipped a product that I did not authorize auto ship on.
On 11-18-09, I was told by extension 209 in customer service (561-544-6006) to use original package to return an auto ship product that I never authorized and they would stop the auto ship process. I did that and have left 4 voicemails to confirm that they credited my card. I still do not see the credit. The voicemails were left on #203, #209 in customer service and Joyce Wymer in returns. Call dates were 11-13, 11-17, 11-28, and 12/1. I have not received a return call except from #209 in customer service who told me to use original package product came in, tape it up, and write return to sender on it. I did that on 11-18-09. Today is 12/1 and I can't get a return call from them.
The investigative unit of my credit card should be contacting them.
I have to say that because of their terrible customer service, I will never order from them again, and I will put in a complaint to the BBB as I am doing now. This is a waste of my time and aggravation.
