Warranty Department is the WORTHLESS & the seawall on the river lots is collapseing!!

The warranty department is the WORST!! I purchased a model home i3/2019 and I still have warped interior doors, bumpy as —- stucco, scratched windowS, repeated cracks on the lanai ceiling and interior, a kitchen vent that is crooked as —, 1/2 inch from the wall, 1/4 inch away from the ceiling and goes from 1/4 inch to girting on the vent, outside kitchen hood has black stuff on it Medallion Homes can’t get off so calls it good, roof tiles that are cracked, chipped and was extremely poorly molded and soon to be leaking, steps never attached to the dock(HUGE SAFETY ISSUE) a crooked missing parts entry light fixture, garage stucco that is extremely jacked up/looks terrible, cabinets that are cheep with many many issues, insulation that was put on too thin, the step out of the service garage foor st 11 3/4 inch (NOT CODE, as Medallion Homes claims is code”,Medallion Warranty will not complete the punch list, return calls, emails and does nothing to honor their warranty.
Your roof warranty is WORTHLESS along with getting a punch list completed correctly once you purchase your new home.
The seawall is bowing on the river lots, the tide is washing away the dirt below the seawall cresting tunnels under the liots. Medallion Homes fix is to COVER the wall with rocks and let the mangroves grow up and HIDE the HUGE lot issues!
Buyer beware!!! Once you purchase your home Medallion Homes will no longer exist to honor warranty!!
