We called them out to fix two minor plumbing problems, which they said would cost us $150 total. The surly plumber who arrived misdiagnosed both problems originally and left, planning to come back later in the day and finish up. He didn't and we received no calls why. At this point I decided these guys were incompetent, at best, and called them to cancel any further work and to ask for an invoice.
The invoice was inaccurate, charging us for one problem not done at all and the other one done incompletely. I spoke to the owner and after a few minutes of arguing with him and pointing out the invoice errors to which he had no meaningful reply, he lost it and said "Just don't pay anything. You are a fu*%ing assho*%. It's people like you, why I hate this job." Yep, he actually said that.
Be careful of this business. They do incompetent work; by his own admission the owner hates his job; and he has anger management issues that make Charlie Sheen look like a choir boy.
