I was pretty worried after reading some of the reviews, especially after my first games was lost in the mail. Not sure what actually happened with these other guys, but the tracking showed that the game was actually lost and they apologised for it and sent another game that day. Other than being out of stock for some games (although still not as bad as GameFly), the service is pretty good and once you get 2X speed it's actually fantastic because you don't have to wait for them to get your return.
