This business is indeed a scam! Their phone clerks are very well trained to keep their calm as they tell you that you cannot get a refund. I was "taken" by them, but I am seeking legal action against them to have my money refunded. Since I keep records of everything, I have all my documentation to prove that I canceled the enrollment within 24 hours of signing up for the free trial. (I read the fine print!) I even have proof that they debited my credit card for $149.95 BEFORE the 14 day trial period ended. There WAS no "trial period" for me since I canceled the day after signing up. I plan to sue just for principles, as I doubt that I'll ever see my money refunded. What a rip off!
