Highly Recommend Eco Landscape - A Landscaper who listens and is willing to work with you

I recently had some landscaping i wanted to do to transform my front yard and side of my house from "weed city" to something a bit more esthetic and peaceful. Many years ago, i had done some research for landscape design companies servicing the "West Side - West LA, Santa Monica" area and found a company who looked to have a number of satisfied customers recommending it (it wasn't Eco but i'll explain in a bit). I called for an appointment and a rep named Brad Klein stopped by. Brad was a very communicative person and best of all, listened to everything i had to tell him about the job. I was immediately impressed because Brad was not pushy, and basically worked with me to explain some facets of my job that he wouldn't even recommend, or would do differently.
To make a long story short, several years down the line, i called that company back and they told me Brad had spun off to start his own company because times got bad economically, and the company no longer wanted to focus on residential landscaping as one of its core strategies. I called Brad at his new company Eco Landscape and we went over job again to bring both sides back up to speed and sync up on details such as plant specifics, placement, patching, etc.
Eventually i bit the bullet and decided to hire Eco and i am extreeeeeeemly satisfied. The job was completed on time, and the workers were very precise, efficient and friendly. And when the job was completed, they spent several hours making sure everything was clean.
Because i didn't go out for quotes, i can't vouch for whether they're Eco is competitive in that sense. But i always feel that you pay for what you get and if you're looking for a bargain (especially with something like landscaping which constantly has points of tweaking and change), then you better be working with someone like Brad who constantly communicates with his customers along the way. Our job had to be revised in certain aspects and Brad worked with me to revisit the cost aspects of the job and go over alternatives/options. Now how many contractors have you found that do that?
Anyways, highly recommend Eco....
