I'm very unhappy with this company. I ordered a free trial and had to pay for shipping. Now I've been charged $89.00 for a membership fee and $29.99 per bottle of their product. I never agreed to this...or did I? There is a link and a link only to veiw the term agreement. It states you agree to pay the membership fee and $29.99 for every bottle of product if you don't call in 14 days to cancel. I didn't even have the product in 14 days! Even if I knew of the terms how would I know if I wanted to cancel? There is no box you MUST check to agree to the terms. According to Sheri at Belisi, getting the free trial is your agreement and shame on me for not clicking the link. Then she proceeded to tell me I loved the face tightner just fine until she refused a refund of my $89.00 membership! What a flip statement to make in a time when every customer counts! The product is minty and burns my eyes. Don't ever do business with Belisi!!
