This is the worst company I have ever done business with online. Truly, I do not embellish. I work in a hospital and try to make customers happy and satisfied during the worst of circumstances. I have not worked with a company that has such unethical, immoral behavior. They have everything laid out in their fine print and nothing that is clear to the consumer. Here is the best part - they send you a product and bill you before you even try it so how can that be considered a "Trial Period". Basically charged me $149.95 for some annual fee. I ordered the $0.99 trial offer and did see that I needed to cancel my subscription within 14 days. In any case, I did cancel my trial subscription 10 days later and I was told that the system was in an upgrade but they would cancel and email confirmation. When my card still got charged 149.95 they told me I was lying and would not credit my account despite all of this. It took 6 calls to actually get my membership cancelled as they would hang up on me when they placed me on hold. (likely, purposeful). The kicker is even though they said they had no access to email. They did send me email confirmation of cancellation the second time. hmmm? I believe if a company charges you a membership but you do not use any services of that membership a consumer should receive a credit. However, they are scammers and conducting fraud on a daily basis. I have not been given a credit yet
