I just had a bad experiance with this company,I'm hoping my bank will reverse the charges that this company charged me and I never authorized the company to charge this amount on my debit card,what a scam this company is, I should of known, after numerous attempts of trying to call and being put on hold and waiting for over 30 minutes, "Thats right 32 minutes to be exact,when I finally spoke to someone, they told me that I coulden't get a refund and I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me that they would contact their corporate office and they would email me, I didn't get anywhere,I was told that this free trial they shipped me was only going to be $1.99 that they charged me at first,then afew days ago, I got a $74.94 charge on my card and they told me it was for the subscription and it was past the 14 day trial, well I emailed them and told them I didn't want to continue with that, I just wanted the trial because I didn't even know it would work and my doctor advised against it, needless to say the company woulden't refund the funds and I can't dispute it with my bank until it's completley deducted which it is,I reported this company and I think it's a scam and a rip-off and it's very misleading,they said it was the terms of the agreement, but I never agreed to anything.it's just not fair and they shoulden't get away with it!
